We recently were asked to work with the Team at Ness Castle Lodges to create a private dining experience for a couple that were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary.  What a fantastic venue The Bothy is!

The table was set, the candles were burning and the fire was on when they arrived.

The menu  they chose included Seafood Terrine, Caithness Fillet of Beef, Chocolate & Drambuie Torte with some other Good Highland Food options too..

The Good Highland Food team really enjoyed working at this great location on the River Ness and would have been happy with that, but then this lovely message from the customers arrived

“Alister and I would like to sincerely thank yourself and Mike for all your hard work for our celebration lunch on Saturday. Thanks also to Jim and Basha who did an amazing job and worked flat out in the kitchen. The food was exceptionally tasty and the presentation made everything feel very special. All the guests commented on the high standard of the lunch and wanted to pass on their thanks for an outstanding meal. We appreciate that you went the extra mile, with everything home made, even down to the bread which was delicious. We would also like to thank you for leaving the Bothy immaculately clean, the housekeepers commented that they had never seen it left so spotless. We will have no hesitation in recommending your services and can’t thank you enough for making our Silver Wedding Anniversary such a memorable day”.
