12 Feb Energy in the Highlands

Aultguish Inn on the West Coast was the venue for the launch of the Lochluichart Wind Farm last week.  Hired by Primary Events, Good Highland Food served a Highland Menu of Smoked Salmon, Venison and Highland Mist to a guest list of local community members, businesses, dignitaries – oh and don’t forget the children of the local school who needed our Good Highland Food to become energy heroes for their part in the event!

We cover a lot of miles with Good Highland Food but this was a real treat – a spectacular location and a great team working with North of Scotland Marquees to create the venue for this event.

As always the Good Highland Venison was a winner as was our very own dessert recipe for Highland Mist – with a little of touch of the local malt – Glen Ord, followed by coffee and Isle of Skye Fudge (our favourite!).
