Our Champagne and Canape Receptions give your guests  a true taste of the Highlands & Islands with some of the best local produce, Highland Hospitality… and don’t forget the venues – this is our GHF Host extraordinaire – Mike Crook with some of our team at the Fabulous Dunrobin Castle (http://www.dunrobincastle.co.uk/) this summer.  The canape selection included one of our guests favourite canapes – Mini yorkshire puddings with rare roast Highland beef and horseradish, Moray Firth King Prawns with Mango and Kiwi, and we do great veggie ones too – Bruschetta with mozzarella and roasted peppers.

We also had a fantastic time  with the team at the Highlanders Museum (http://www.thehighlandersmuseum.com/) delivering a series of Champagne and Canape receptions for Cruise Visitors from Invergordon.

And this weekend we  had a great selection of our canapes at the opening of a new Dental Practice in Forres – I wonder where next?
