For most in the Highlands of Scotland, the beginning of the year is a tranquil time, a time to recuperate and prepare for the eventful year ahead.

But not for us here at Good Highland Food! We’re trying to make the most of this peaceful spell by inviting our future clients to come and meet us and enjoy a tasting session. And this year is rife with wedding couples planning their big day in the Highlands.

When it comes to planning a wedding one of the most important tasks to tick off your list – along with finding your venue – is to book your wedding caterer. We encourage our future wedding couples to get their date in the diary as soon as they can – we then have plenty of time to get every little detail of their wedding right!

In saying that, there is always a huge variation in the couples that come to see us, all with different time scales to work to. We often meet couples who book years in advance and yet others with only a couple of months to spare.

We really are happy to work to any timescale and can assist in all aspects of the planning stages. Once you’ve booked us, we will work with you right up until the days before your wedding, perfecting your menu and plans for your day.

Wedding planning can be an overwhelming prospect so we try to help our couples with any number of pre-planning and on the day management tasks – we do as much as possible for our clients so that they feel confident that their day will go glitch free!
