The Good Highland Kitchen is delivering such great aroma’s – first there was the delicious Butternut Squash, Chilli & Coconut Soup, then there was the Camembert and Cranberry starter, followed by Good Highland Mince Pies – we’re really hoping the Pears Poached in Red Wine with Vanilla Cream arrives soon.
We’ve not been asked for Turkey yet this Christmas! We’re wondering if there is a growing trend for people to try something different. This year we’re going to have fish instead, see our tasty Salmon Wellington recipe below!
