We love mixing a little creativity into our service too, to create fusions that complement an event theme or type. We recently provided catering services to a bride and groom who wanted to incorporate their Irish and Scottish roots into their wedding, so we served Guinness and Skye Brewery on tap.

We also had the chance to show off our food and drink matching skills at the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival earlier this year, when we catered for the opening dinner at Glen Moray Distillery in Elgin. Our host, Mike Crook chose a Glen Moray malt for each of the three courses, matching them to the flavours of each dish. The pairings were a hit with guests, particularly the combination of rich chocolate and whisky for dessert.
