It’s wedding tasting season!
We’re really enjoying meeting our wedding couples, tasting our Good Highland Food and discussing menus. Trending this year for couples with a lot of visiting guests is our Good Highland Haggis Timbale. Also our Highland Estate Venison (especially done in Chef Jim’s famous Port and Redcurrant Sauce) and Roasted Beetroot with Rosemary and Garlic Baby Potatoes seem to be a favourite to accompany…. yum!
Other options for this year include our Good Highland Hog Roasts and BBQs, as well as our Hot and Cold Buffet options. Family service of Highland Antipasti or Casseroles are a popular choice for those looking for great tasting food in more informal venues.
For dessert – our Good Highland Hot Chocolate Pudding and Pear and Butterscotch Cheesecake are both firm favourites! And we’re especially looking forward to doing an Afternoon Tea – Good Highland Food Style in a Highland Barn – how about that for something different?
If you are considering Good Highland Food for your wedding catering – have a look at our menus. And we are happy to offer a tasting session too – it’s a great opportunity to explore ideas and our tasty food!
