Good Highland Food are excited to have been asked to work with the team at the Speyside Whisky Festival opening dinner for the third year. And they’ve chosen another lovely menu of local produce!
Here’s some preview pics from the tasting the team did back in February – the Lossie Salmon was a real hit with its accompanying Pink Peppercorn, Creme Fraiche, Micro Herb and Dill Cucumber. And Lamb won over the beef for the main course this year! The Chocolate Torte will be laced with Cardhu Amber Rock and served with Butterscotch Sauce.
Good Highland Food would be nothing without Good Highland Hospitality and so we’re also looking forward to working with our team of staff to present the best of Highland Hospitality to local, national and international visitors coming to the big event at Auchroisk Distillery on the 27th of April.
